President

From small start-up companies to established and successful corporations, when Nancy brings her wealth of experience and insight to bear, things get done, problems get solved, and the best people get hired. Nancy is second to none in the executive search and talent acquisition industry. A five-minute conversation with her is all you will need to be convinced of that truth. Before founding Hopkins & Company, Nancy was appointed Vice President of Operations for the national search firm of Spectra International, Inc. With Spectra International, Inc., Nancy had sole responsibility for training and overseeing 27 executive search offices nationwide. Prior to working for Spectra International, Inc., Nancy was a search consultant for Fairfield Whitney, Inc. where she was consistently recognized as one of the firm’s top producers.
