Nancy Hopkins, President of Hopkins & Company, Inc., has consistently received praise from clients and candidates alike. Before founding Hopkins & Company, Nancy was appointed Vice President of Operations for the national search firm of Spectra International, Inc. With Spectra International, Inc., Nancy had sole responsibility for training and overseeing 27 executive search offices nationwide.
Prior to working for Spectra International, Inc., Nancy was a search consultant for Fairfield Whitney, Inc. where she was consistently recognized as one of the firm’s top producers.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College.
Alan H. Kramer, Vice President, has enjoyed a diverse background making him a valuable part of the Hopkins & Company, Inc. team.
An attorney by training, Alan has experienced both big law firm practice and life as a successful solo practitioner specializing in all aspects of real estate and business law. Alan understands the need of companies and candidates to communicate and explore employment possibilities in the utmost confidence and discretion. His unique background makes him ideal for managing the many operational aspects of Hopkins & Company, Inc., including, financial, legal, computer, database, marketing, internal and external websites, and other operational and growth related matters. Alan also works on a retained basis for our Clients’ critical and confidential searches.
Alan holds a B. A. Degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from New England School of Law, Boston, where he made Law Review and graduated third in his class of over 160.
In his free time, Alan is a ski instructor who also enjoys boating, hiking, biking, geocaching, playing drums, and the occasional single malt scotch.
